A hindu female "F" died in 1992. She had no sons or daughters. She had inherited a portion of a joint property from her husband who died in 1941.
At the time of her husband's death her husband had 2 brothers "A" and "B". "A" died in 1950 and "B" died in 1955.
When she ("F") died in 1992 her share of the property devolved upon the heirs of her husband. In this case it devolved upon "A" and "B" who were predeceased.
If, A and B were predeceased, who all are the legal heirs of "A" and "B" that would inherit the share?
Will it be the sons and the widow of "A" and "B" OR Will it be the sons, daughters and widow of "A" and "B"? Thanks in Advance.
