In u/s 138 four dishounred cheque file four case or better single case

A company had issued four diffrent amt cheque . After deposit it had been bounched from isssuer. Now if we wish to file four case against debtor or it may better single one case than four case. Which is good option.

It is very good question,

on this Question my advice you to as under,

If you have Four diffrant amount cheques then You may give each cheque demand notice,

and file each cheque case against debtor in the court after complited the demand notice time.
