How Indian has provisions for Distribution Of Property After Death If There Is No Will In India. My father has expired few months back without writing any will out of sudden heart attack.

We are 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Now, how the property will be distributed while my 1 sister want to have share on the property while we 2 sisters do not want it. We want to leave everything to brothers for having better relations. This is the tradition also in out Indian society that complete parental property belongs to son, if there is any.

What should we do in this case?

Dear Sir/Madam, after death of your father without WILL, that property will transferred to his wife and their children by equally in the said properties as per Indian Succession Act and Hindu Law. If one of the sister wants her share, it  is the her right over the said property. The other sisters have desired to leave their rights, they should to execute the Right to Release Deed in respect of their share in favour of their brother... it is the legal way... best of luck... kindly click Upvote button, it will be token of appreciation... by Chandrashekhar Vithal Jadhav, Advocate & Legal Consultant, Bangalore.
