Legal accountability of partner to disclose pre-marital relationship details

Hi, I was in a social relationship with my wife for 3.5 years before traditional marriage.  I have all the proof (communications) to show that we were in a relation back then. During this pre-marriage time, she spent nearly 12 days with another person (her ex bf). I have proof (photos) that they were living in the same room during that time. Eventually we got married, but she is not willing to disclose details about their affairs during those 12 days even after 4 years.
Is there any law based on which, I can force either my wife or her ex bf to provide details about their business during those stays? Can this be prosecuted under psychological violence? FYI, I am not looking for any kind of divorce with my wife right now.

Thanks in advance.
