Sir,  The mortgage registration of my house is going on in e-courts since 2001 and the court has given E.P to us in 2011. and has declared a auction notice to us in 2014. the notice was not given to us through notice, and it is also not stick to our house.   My opponent party lawyer was died in an accident unfortunately before 6 months.and after that in 2017 the E.P notice was send to my house by ameen but it was not given to us.  my lawyer has said to us that it was a fake notice given to u. and my lawyer said to us that after the oponent lawyer's death there is no one to open your case, so the court has dismissed your case. and after that he again said that the case was again reopened by the oponent lawyer assistant. sir, is it possible to reopen the case after dismiss? after reopen the first adjournment was in next month but my lawyer is saying that not to take the notice and not to attend for 2 adjournments because for open the dismiss case the lawyer have to pay fee for that, if you are not taking the notice and not attending to court then the case will be quit on itself. We dont know anything the present status of our case, and also we check it in net but it was not coming. sir, please help us by giving advice,                                                                                                                        Thankyou
