Trap case by the state vigilance department

Sir my father is under trial in trap cases from 2005. Now there is 342
As shadow witness neither has seen demand nor acceptance of bribe but recovery come from his pocket while coming out of outside of his officers room
As  phenophthalin test has done but there is no panchama
 on that bottle as court said its colour is also white instead of pink.
The shadow witness has no written order by viggilance while laying trap but verbally  told by viggilance
Dsp of the case at the time of trap while questioning by our lawyer said neither he saw recovery
My father is retired in 2010 and has kidney failure on dialysis  and blind from one eye
My question is about my fathers pension and grauity  as he getting provisal pension
Please tell me what are your opinion about the case and does my father get pension if he will loose the case
